It was located in a residential area near many bus stops and grocery stores and city center/walking distance, The helpful staff accommodated my smooth check in. Everything was good and I got ironing for free;))

The apartment was comfortable and located in a quiet neighborhood near the city center. We appreciated the host's flexibility in allowing us to store our luggage before and after check-in. the strong Wifi and modest kitchen made it convenient for us to cook meals at home. Having three supermarkets in close proximity was also a plus. the included Lucerne tourist card provided free transportation, which was very handy for exploring the city.

The apartment was spacious with location not far from the centre as well as the grocery stores. We greatly enjoyed the venue and its marvellous setting.

The apartment comfortably accommodated four of us and was impeccably tidy. Despite our late check-in after 9 pm, the staff was incredibly accommodating. The location was acceptable, and the spaciousness of the rooms exceeded our expectations. While the check-in person incurred a high fee for the late check-in, we were pleased to find free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with ample supplies, and all necessary kitchen appliances. The property's two gates caused a small hiccup in our arrival, but with the assistance of the owner, whom we contacted using Wi-Fi from a nearby shop, we swiftly resolved the issue. the apartment felt like a home away from home, with comfortable beds, cleanliness, and proximity to a nearby supermarket. We were thoroughly satisfied and would gladly choose to stay here again.

A short walk from the train station and the famous Lion Monument. The apartment had a nice dining area, private entrance, and even a dishwasher! And guess what, it also had a kitchen! Wow, what a luxury!

They really went all out with the private entrance and dining area, but couldn't spare a few extra inches for a comfortable bathtub. So considerate.

Great value for money, with a spacious and clean apartment that had a good smell. The location was ideal, with supermarkets nearby and the town centre within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, even assisting with our luggage at check-out.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved with more variety.
